Whether training in the gym or connecting through art, I invite a sense of play and reflection. My goal is that you feel better in your daily life, so you can live the life you always dreamed.

Outside of the gym, you’ll find me creating art, spending time with my family and enjoying the outdoors in beautiful Victoria, British Columbia.

Above the Cloudz provides services to clients on the unceded, traditional territories of the Lekwungen (Esquimalt, and Songhees) nations and acknowledge that the impacts of colonization, land expropriation, and residential schools are both historic and current.
