Art Therapy explores the creative process while facilitating self-exploration and understanding.

It's an opportunity to calm the mind & explore inner thoughts, without any pressure to discuss feelings, perform or even to create a perfect outcome.

The goal in any art therapy program is to improve a person’s well being. I use different art mediums to explore feelings, de-stress and allow the mind & body to reconnect.

Your Art Therapy program will be catered to your needs.

The duration can fit into many different timeframes. Art Therapy can be a one day workshop, a multiple week program in the community or even a longer program in a corporate or community environment. Topics and areas of specialization can include behavioural spectrum, PTSD, interpersonal relationships and mindfulness.

Invite a sense of play and reflection during times of need, where after each session provides a sense of relief, confidence and accomplishment.

Each session includes:

  • Grounding or breathing practices 

  • Detailed explanation of the supplies and exercise 

  • Assistance and hands-on support throughout 

  • Time for reflection or discussion

  • Overview the final project and discuss any breakthroughs
